Once you authorize us to work on your behalf, we do the research and get the legal process in motion to allow you to receive funds in the most timely-manner possible.
We don't get paid if you don't get paid, so there are no up-front costs for anyone who uses our services.
On first contact, we will let you know that we have found money that you might be entitled to.
We don't require any money up-front from you. We cover any research fees, filing fees, attorneys fees and others.
We will clearly explain to you (in writing) what money you should get, what our percentage will be, and we will answer any questions before you sign anything!
Once you are comfortable with everything, we will provide a Notary to witness you signing the legal documents allowing us to go to work on your behalf.
Before the claim can be made, we will use our resources to research any possible debt or liens against the property. This may require extensive research including title search, which is often done by an attorney.
We must also prove who is the rightful owner of the surplus funds. This may include probate or estate work. In some cases, a hearing may be necessary and we will provide an attorney to appear on your behalf.
We will do everything we need to do to get the job done as quickly, and as streamlined as possible for you.
